WE’RE HIRING – JUNIOR PLANT COORDINATOR
Are you organised, switched-on and looking to build a career in the plant, transport and earthmoving industry?
We’re looking for a Junior Plant Coordinator to join our Plant Allocations Team and assist with coordinating our fleet, operators, customers and subcontractors.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being busy, talking to people, solving problems and learning how a busy operation works.
You’ll work closely with our Managers, Supervisors and Allocators, helping make sure the right equipment and people are in the right place at the right time.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with the allocation of plant and equipment including floats, loaders, crushers, excavators, bulldozers, tractors and dump trucks
- Helping coordinate staff, operators and subcontractors
- Assisting with scheduling jobs and equipment
- Communicating with customers, suppliers and subcontractors
- Answering incoming calls and assisting with customer enquiries
- Preparing quotes for special projects
- Maintaining job sheets and allocation diaries
- Processing employee timesheets and checking job billing
- Helping coordinate vehicle and machine maintenance
- Assisting with driver rosters and fatigue management
- Assisting with permits for oversized equipment movements
- Supporting our WHS, quality and environmental systems

- Previous industry experience is helpful, but we’re willing to train the right person
