The Divall’s legacy began over 50 years ago with Johnny Divall’s purchase of the Lone Pine property in Carrick.
In 1991 brother Mick and Andrew Divall bought the Carrick quarry and established Divall’s Earthmoving and Bulk Haulage. Expansion since then has included the addition of Goulburn Sand & Soil, Concrete4Goulburn and Southern Tablelands Bitumen. The Divall’s company now employs over 250 people and is a major contributor to the local economy.
Our people – our employees, customers and suppliers – are the lifeblood of our work. That is why truck safety and mental/physical well-being are two issues close to our heart. We are an accredited member of TruckSafe, being independently audited to ensure we are meeting our duty of care and due diligence operations for safe and responsible trucking. We also have a Well-being Committee dedicated to educating and supporting our employees across their mental, physical and emotional well-being.

The safety of our operators, truck drivers, support staff and customers is paramount at Divall’s. We have been an accredited TruckSafe operator since 1999 and are actively involved in initiatives to reduce truck driver fatigue through education and monitoring.
Our teams are equipped with the latest Personel Protection Equipment (PPE). Safe work practices are instilled through training and regular team meetings.
Our Well-being Committee is also committed to increasing awareness of physical and mental well-being issues across the workforce, driving a range of initiatives to encourage healthy eating and getting support when needed.
Divall’s takes it’s management responsibilities very seriously. Our Integrated Management System covers all aspects of our business across quality, safety, environment and employment. Our safety management is audited under the CCF Civil Construction Management Code. We have been an accredited TruckSafe operator since 1999.
